The Rude Mechanicals!
The perfect show for a summer's evening!

An original musical by Richard Lamming and John Bessant (2016).
The Rude Mechanicals is a light comedy, based on a reduced version of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream. The focus is on the six infamous Athenian artisans whose earnest aspiration, albeit thwarted by their abilities, is to be actors.
As Peter Quince says:

“If we offend, it is with our good will.
That you should think, we come not to offend,
But with good will. To show our simple skill,
That is the true beginning of our end.”
